[RAVE MODE ON]
So many good-looking customers came to Kino today!!! Wahahaha... One of them was a customer who complained to us. @_@ I was in my room, typing something for the boss, when my colleague Imam came knocking and asked me to help him out because there was a psycho who wanted refund. My reply to him was: NO REFUND!!! But my boss was there and he said tiredly, "Fine, fine. Just give the man the refund and save us the trouble." I was like, URGH! >.< WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY, DAMMIT! So my friend went away to take care of the matter and I quietly cussed. But then my friend returned and said, "Hey, Amy, he wants to see the manager. Come on, it's your turn now." I argued that I wasn't a manager but my boss encouraged me and he said, "You go. You're the manager now." (Damn, my boss is so cheeky.) So I went out to face the man. Imam told me that the man was a foreigner and when I got to the main cashier counter, I saw this foreigner who was paying for his purchase. He looked to be able 50 or something. When I was about to approach him, Imam stopped me and said, "No, that's not the one. The other one." As it turned out, there was another foreigner there! I turned half-heartedly to him and was about to get ready for battle when suddenly... I realized that HE WAS HANDSOME!!! XD Hahahaha....... YES, HE WAS SO FAKKING GORGEOUS!!! @_@ So I came over to him, introduced myself and asked him what I could do to help him. He started to bla bla bla about his problem with the cashier during transaction, and so on, and so on... but I wasn't listening at all. I mean... HOW COULD I LISTEN?! HE WAS GORGEOUS. OF COURSE I CHOSE TO LOOK AT HIS FACE!!! So there I was, artificially agreeing to him and nodding, and saying "Yes, sir, I understand" all the time... while I was, in fact, totally checking him out! And drooling. And wishing that I could have his number. @_@
So when the complaint was done, I turned to Imam and the cashier staff, Umi, feeling utterly dazed. Imam was smirking and saying, "I knew you didn't listen to a single word he said. Did you even hear him?!" I said, "Hell no." And it turned out to be that Umi was doing the same thing as I did; she was staring and drooling at him! Haha. XD YES, HE WAS THAT HANDSOME!!!
The other good-looking customer... didn't speak to me at all. @_@ Duh. But anyway, he was cute. He's so my type. Long face, hair with bangs, fair skinned... he was also a foreigner. I happened to be assisting the CS staff when that man and his friend came. Everybody was busy so there was no one to help the cashier staff to put the items into the plastic bags. There was a really long queue so I decided to lend a hand to the cashier. And suddenly, after several unattractive customers passed, the gorgeous one came. *____* I was hoping he would pay with credit card so I could find out his name but he paid cash. :P Still, I got to say, "Thanks for shopping with us." And he smiled at me. ^_____^
[/RAVE MODE OFF]
Other than that, nothing else interesting.
I'm hating my life at the moment. Like, there's nothing interesting at all.
I don't even like to eat anymore because the food I get is all... disinteresting.
And I badly need new CDs. @_@ I keep listening to the same songs everyday. I want to buy Takui's new album, a Pierrot album, Arashi's latest, and Ryouhei Yamamoto's. *___*
I also hate the sight of the place I work. I mean, I used to like going to Plaza Senayan, but now it's like, ergh... IS THERE NO OTHER PLACE IN THIS TOWN?! >.< I want to go back to our old office in Wisma 46. T_T
Shit, I'm even bored with my house.
Argh! @_@
Is this a quarter-life syndrome? @_@
Wakaranai. Wakaritakunai.
*sigh*

Daigo Stardust Lyrics. YAY! I FINISHED ALL THE ROMAJI FOR DAIGO STARDUST'S SONGS! ^_^ I started working on the rest of the [THE SPACE TOY] album, romanizing the songs that weren't already released in the previous two singles, and finished it at noon today. I think [DEAR SUNSHINE] was by far the hardest song to romanize. I spent like two hours on that one song alone. @_@ But the others were easy enough. I still had to refer a lot to my electronic kanji dictionary but Daigo's songs have a lot of English words and phrases. [THE SPACE TOY] (the song) is practically an English language song. XD LOL. So working on them were really easy. ^^ I was very amused when I found the words TUMOROU, IESTADEI, and TODEI. At first I was like, "What the hell are these?!" And then I realized he wanted to say "TOMORROW, YESTERDAY and TODAY". ^^;;; Man, why the hell didn't he just write it in English?! LOL. XD But I felt like I know Daigo a little better now, because he writes all the lyrics himself, so I now have an idea of how he really is. Well, what he is: BOKE, I suspect. :D But that's OK. Boke is sweet. I can live with boke.
Anyway, I'm about to put the album links up in the FL. Those who need Daigo Stardust lyrics, can just check out the EXTRA section in the FL.
Things at Work. Actually, there's nothing special. Everyone's preoccupied about the auditing trip of the SIMS team that will occur in the near future. Lots of things to prepare. Nothing that has to do with me actually but since I'm the secretary, I have to help my boss. *sigh* As for my own department, things are becoming very busy. For one thing, customer claims keep happening every day. Some of them are really ridiculous, as usual, but by now we've all gotten used to of the pressure. I read the COMPLAINT/CASES BOOK a lot and I always end up laughing because my colleagues wrote it, like, diary style and they all put in funny comments in the end-notes, which are often hilarious, and therefore lessen the depressing fact of the real situation. ^^;; Other than that, now I'm in charge of making the schedule for the CS team. @_@ Wheeeeee. No wonder supervisors tear their hair over the making of the staff's schedule. I've only just realized now how tough it is to fix the timetable of other people! Gah. And this is only the schedule for three people I'm making. The SPVs all deal with a least EIGHT people in their team (EB has some 20 personnel in it @_@). Next month, there will be two more CS staff joining us. And that's an even bigger "BLAH" than now. I want to cry. T______T
On a lighter note, my new hairstyle is a big hit at the office. LOL! They all say I look cuter with this hairstyle. LOL. But someone said to me, "Haaa... I didn't know you could ever sport a short hairstyle! You seem too feminine for that." I was, like, "FEMININE?! Where the hell did you get the idea that I'm feminine?! I'm anything BUT!" LOLness. But oh well. :P
GQ. I'm talking about the magazine, yes. I just bought the October 2004 issue, with Lindsay Lohan on the cover. My sister coveted Lindsay on the cover, of course, but I bought it for the Jon Stewart article inside. (In case you didn't get it before, yes, I'm a major fan of [THE DAILY SHOW WITH JON STEWART: GLOBAL EDITION].) My colleagues - who by now already know my hobby of buying magazines - are all confused at first of why I was interested in reading a men's magazine. Well, it is kind of weird, come to think of it, but GQ has the best articles around. It's not just about the topics, but also about the writing style. GQ's writers are AMAZING. I love reading GQ articles. The previous issue I bought, with Viggo Mortensen on the cover, had so many interesting articles that I re-read them several times! Compared to Vanity Fair articles, I prefer GQ's articles by far. When I read GQ, I never finish it too quickly, unlike when I buy entertainment magazines. I read one article per day. I read it one by one and thoroughly, because the article deserves my full attention and a detailed read. Go GQ!
The Cutest Pig Ever. Check this out:
Seriously, that is *THE* CUTEST PIG I've ever seen. @_@ Where did they get the pig for the photo session?! XD And why did they decide that Maru should get the pig? Or was it Maru that chose the pig? XD
Junno got ducks, though. I couldn't help but wish that he got bunnies instead:
As for the rest, check it out Junnosuke-Taguchi.com. Kouki's cat and the dogs are also cute. Frankly, I don't know which ones are cuter... the animals or the boys~ *hearts*
I think it's time for me to say good night. I took medicines for my throat (I lost my voice again yesterday night and I couldn't speak for the first half of today) and they make me sleepy. So I'm just going to finish scanning Duet pics for Milk White and then I'm going to call it a night. Tata~

New Haircut!
Before & After Pics:
It's actually the same model as the one I chose when I had my last haircut in May this year, but it turned out really good once it gets longer so I decided to repeat the style. I took the style from Vivi. It's really, really cool. My hairdresser really likes it. But he asked me, "You haven't cut your hair like the guy whose picture you used to bring here all the time." --> He means Tsubasa. Hehe. :D But Tsubasa's hair is so short now. I don't dare go that short. >_< Fwah.
Freya. FREYA, CAKE WO KURETA, ARIGATOU GOZAIMASU! Today I met Fre and her friend Aya in PS. I haven't seen her for ages! >.< So we talked quite a lot. Mic, come and join us next time! When was the last time we had a gathering? :o Heh. Anyway, Fre, thanks for coming and hope to see you again soon!!!
Dan Brown's [DIGITAL FORTRESS]. This book is OK. It's like a text book of mathematics and cryptography (cryptology? @_@ --> which one is the correct term again?). I had a hard time understanding the story at first because it was full of math and crypto mumbo jumbo but at the halfway point, I was beginning to enjoy the story. This time Brown included Japanese characters (three of them - Ensei Tankado, Tokugen Numataka and Soshi Kuta) and Spanish language. ^-^ My favorite European languages are in Brown's books! ^_^ See why this guy has become one of my favorite authors?! There were a lot of murders in this book, more than [THE DA VINCI CODE], but less frightening than [ANGELS AND DEMONS]. All in all, it's a fine thriller but topic-wise, nothing really beats TDVC. A must-read for Brown's fans, though. So I guess now that leaves me [THE DECEPTION POINT]. I'll check if the book is available or not Kino. Maybe they've run out of it. Hmmm...
I hate Monday. I don't know if other people feel like I do but I hate this feeling that I get every time it's Sunday evening. Like, "Tomorrow's Monday, I have to go back to work and do so for the next five days." @_@ I hate this feeling. And I hate going back to work on Monday, too. *sigh* I was joking with my sister earlier, "I don't want to be a career girl! I want to be a spoilt brat!" LOL! She almost threw the lamb steak that we were having for dinner to my face! XD If my parents hear that, they're going to scold me too. They hate having a spoilt brat for a daughter. Frankly, I don't want to be a spoilt brat either. But if I think about work... urgggghhhhh.........................
Junno High. Still on it. I'm addicted to him. I'm scanning the WU pics right now and... GOSH! ISN'T HE GORGEOUS?! >.< I want to snoooog him! *evil smirk* And I want to do other things to him... bwahahahaahhaha... Anyway. :3 Yes, I will repeat what I said in Junno.com: KAT-TUN fans, try to watch that [NEVER AGAIN] performance in Shokura. It's a MUST SEE. And join me in the nosebleeding fest thanks to the extreme hotness of the KAT-TUN boys. ^-^ I. AM. GOING. CRAZY. JUST. THINKING. ABOUT. IT.
I'll end that right there before this turns into a hentai entry about the Bunny. ^-^ (But I'm not promising I won't go hentai on Milk White.) *smirk*

JUNNOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
You know what. Just go here. I don't really like repeating stuff. I am trying to keep the gushing at a minimum level so I don't have to nosebleed so much. Saving blood is important for me.
OK, moving on! ^^
What a quiet weekend. Well, so far it's been quiet. I woke up really late this morning noon. XD I was dreaming all about Junno being a vampire and I was his victim. Really freaky dream. But hey, as long as I got bitten by Junno. ^_^ Anyway, after I woke up and took a shower, I went to have lunch with my sis at Fish & Co, a seafood restaurant, and the food was great! Then I went home. Worked on Junno's website a bit, and then read Dan Brown's [DIGITAL FORTRESS], while my sis went to the mall to watch [THE TERMINAL]. When the car got back, I went to Kino in Plaza Indonesia with the intention to see what magazines came this week, but none that I didn't already see in Kino PS, so I just hung out with the staff and had a heart-to-heart with Mbak Yayuk. After an hour and a half, I went back home, did something in the computer (I forgot what, though XD) and then Shokura started. When it did, I tuned in, saw Junno and nosebled/hyperventilated.
Now I'm back online, and I am feeling the urge to gush.
Yappari, definitely a Junno overdose. @_@
Didn't I say "moving on" earlier? ^^;;;;;;
Parents are not home! They're out of town to attend a wedding. *sigh* If my life is a teen flick, I'd be inviting all of my friends and we'd party until dawn and the cops will come to get us. Sadly, in my real life, my sis and I can't even find a single bottle of wine in our house. Faaaaaak. =_____=
Oh! KAR-KUN CALLED! I was in the car, on my way to PI, when he called. YAYness! ^_^ Ohisashiburi deeeeeesu! Miss him so much! Thanks for calling, Kar-kun! ^_^ 'Til our next conversation! :D
Somebody's going to have a birthday tomorow..... *wink, wink*
Hmm. Here comes the urge again. *sigh* I'll just go to bed. I'll go to bed with Junno. MWAHAHAHAAHAHAHAH!!! *evil laugh*

Subject: Bunburying... AGAIN!
I must be crazy ne~ I'm Bunburying just so I can record a performance by Bi on MTV! @_@ I was, like... XD OMIGOD! I must love Bi *that* much! (Yeah, well, I do. :P) Sometimes I can't believe the things I do for these people. They don't even friggin' know me! And they have tons of other fans! Why should the thing I do count for anything?! Frig. They don't know I'm alive!!! And I still sacrifice and risk everything for them. ^^;;; it's just... weird.
But yeah, in an hour I'm going to be back at the office, making recruitment calls and trying to pass the info about the new company policies to the afternoon shift staff. ^^;;; Gah.
*shakes head* I. must. stop. Bunburying. ... or at least try something of that nature. LOL.

Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles Vol. 2 (U.S. publication by Del Rey Manga)
*smirk* I am positively happy! Remember the last time I wrote about this manga, I predicted that I was probably going to get Vol. 2 sometime in October? Well, I got it a lot faster. In fact, I bought it just yesterday! Whoohoo! ^^ It hadn't been wrapped yet. It was still on the trolley. The moment I saw it, I grabbed it, dashed to the cashier, paid for it and brought it home. Heh, heh. :D I've even finished reading it. OK, it's confirmed, this is definitely one of my favorite series. It's funny, touching, action-packed and beautifully drawn. What's not to like about it? I am so, so going to collect this. Manga Japanese version, artbook... WHATEVER!!! I'll take it. >.< As for the characters+story... awwww, Sakura is such a little flirt! ^^ She asked Shaoran to hold her hand while she slept when she was sick. Ahaha. Toya and Yukito are okonomiyaki shop waiters. Possessive ones, too. And FAI!!! He is cho-kakkoii. ^O^
Omigod, I think I have the CLAMP bug. XD Who would've thought?!
Today at work, I just found out that my 'pretend boyfriend' Frans is also a big Gensomaden Saiyuki fan. We were both discussing about the series. His jaws dropped when I told him I just bought the OVA and Movie. Plus, he couldn't believe the series still continue to RELOAD and GUNLOCK. (Me too, actually, I'm surprised that there's still GUNLOCK after RELOAD. Heh.) But anyway, I'm glad that I found someone who likes Saiyuki. ^^ I can talk to him about it!
Birthday Celebration @ Work. Today is my manager's birthday. My senpai's birthday was on the 20th. As we had planned before, we asked the bakery to send us boxes of little cakes to be given to everyone at work. Everyone was surprised. When the cakes arrived, my senpai and I were still in a meeting (our management meeting was moved from Fridays to Wednesdays). My boss was passionately lecturing the lot of us about "teamwork", "good communication" and "cooperation" when I excused myself to receive the boxes of cakes. My senpai told me to bring them in and pass it around to the peeps who were at the meeting. So I did. And my boss knew that my manager, my senpai and I were doing this as a collaborative effort and he immediately said, "Now, you see, this is what I'm talking about. This is what you call a successful communication and teamwork! See how they manage to organize this celebration together?" I have to admit, I was very pleased to hear his comment! ^^ I mean, he used our l'il b'day plan as example to give to the rest of the management team! I'm so proud of us! The celebration itself was really successful, ne~ Everybody got a box and we received lots of b'day greetings from people who initially didn't know we were celebrating our b'days. ^^ Ureshii desu.
Dan Brown's [DIGITAL FORTRESS]. I bought this book just today. It arrived last week in Kino along with ANGELS & DEMONS and of course THE DA VINCI CODE. Good. Finally. Now we can stop answering customers who inquire for the book with the typical "No, sorry it's out of stock" phrase. Blah. Anyway, I'd always wanted to read DIGITAL FORTRESS. It had been o/s everywhere! Even in the bookstore my dad went to in the US. ^^;;; So reading from the back cover, I take it that Brown's still writing about codes and cryptology, which is fine with me because I can learn something from there. I will dedicate my whole working hours tomorrow to read this book. Hahaha...
[THE TERMINAL]. What a brilliant film. When Fi said she wanted to go watch that film I was all for it. I had wanted to see the film because it's a Tom Hanks film and any film by Tom Hanks can almost never go wrong for me. Fi wanted to watch because there was Diego Luna (ahahaha). But the film exceeded both of our expectation. It has one of those rare qualities of being totally hilarious and completely sad at the same time. I mean, sure it was funny seeing Tom Hanks running around the terminal to get trolleys just so he could collect a few quarters to buy food but the fact that he was able to buy a burger to appease his hunger from the money he collected from returning trolleys was very touching. The other thing that fascinated me the most from the film is the depiction of the airport. It reminded me a lot of the Leonardo Da Vinci airport in Rome. The colors, the setting... natsukashii! The rest is, needless to say, just plain lovely. The love stories, the character developments, the dialogues, the music... they are so, so good. Perhaps some people would object to the 'extended' ending of when Tom Hanks' character went to the Ramada Inn to meet that saxophonist, but I thought it was a really nice ending, esp. when he said that he was "going home" in the taxi. ^^ I'd say, this is the first recently-released, non-epic film that I've 100% truly enjoyed watching so far this year. OK, so there was [HARRY POTTER & THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN] but that was kind of epic-y. Trilogy-ish. Saga-ish. Whatever you call it. I'm talking about a normal, dramatic/romantic film that is completed within two hours. So, this film is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you haven't already, go watch it!
That's about all for today. I'm still recovering from the flu. Yesterday I slept without air conditioner because I had a really high fever. Fever is gone now but throat is still very sore. No more runny nose but I still cough a lot. That means, no cold drinks for me still. And I still have to rest a lot. So, here I end my entry and go to sleep. Buona notte.

Subject: Despite the Cold
What a bummer. I am still sick. Ergh. This is going to be a three-month cold, I think. It's so hard to *NOT* catch cold with my kind of situation these days. Every time I've managed to have a rest, things at work force me to work extra hard and then I collapse again. *sigh*
Well. I try to put that behind me and write a happy entry! ^^
Before I forget, more thanks to those who sent me birthday greetings! There was an e-card from Yona, tags from Amibuns and Teri. And Rei sent me a postcard from Japan! ^_^ Arigatou, minna!
Elections. Did everybody who's Indonesian vote today? I voted. I voted for the you-know-who. You know, if I were a US citizen, I wouldn't feel any different from how I felt as an Indonesian. Basically, "ANYONE BUT THE CURRENT PRESIDENT". XD ........ I still wish Aragorn was Indonesian and running for president here. Hehe.
[MILK WHITE] Update. Bunny.com has just been updated with a translation and my random rave-and-ramble. Pictures coming up later. Thanks again to Elan for the translation (ooops I need to send you that Myojo article thingie :P). I'm on Junno high after seeing Shokura on Saturday. >.< Somebody please tell me why that boy is fakking gorgeous?! It's like, right now, whenever I see him, I can't take my eyes off him and I don't pay attention to others (unless there's Tsubasa and/or Daigo in the same room with him XD). *sigh* It must be love... My crush for him is now renewed (as if it ever got old :P). I want to *beep* him. Haha. :D
[RUBY & SAPPHIRE] Update. Daigo FL has also been updated. The EXTRA section now contains a discography, lyrics and also scans of his album/single's jackets. I finished eight romanizations of Daigo's songs and posted them up in my LJ to be linked in the FL. LOL. I was on a roll. I even wanted to finish the romanizations for the songs in his album but I held myself back because I'm afraid that I won't have anything to do tomorrow. Haha. :P
J-POP Talk. Like I said before, I downloaded from you-know-where several the mp3 files of LEAD and ARASHI songs. It turns out that the songs are superb! Lead's songs are catchier than before and their voices are much better. From the wfl world, I think w-inds is still my favorite but Lead is becoming a close second. As for Arashi... I think I've regained interest for them. Before those four songs from the [IZA NOW] album, I've only listened to [HERO] and I didn't like it. I thought [HERO] was probably the least attractive song I've ever heard from Arashi and was afraid that their then-upcoming album was going to sound like that. The prospect of me buying their new album after listening to that song was ... bleak. But after checking out the mp3s, I realize the songs from the album sound totally different and now I really want to have it. I can't stop humming [Dear My Friends]. So the next time someone goes to Japan/Singapore, I'm going to ask for this album. Definitely.
The newer downloads are Tsuyoshi Domoto's songs from his recent solo album. I haven't listened to them, but you know how it goes -- if they're good, you can count on me to buy it!!!
PIERROT. I'm officially a fan of theirs. They rock!!!
Olympic Slash. Ahahaha... I thought I was abnormal but it turns out that there are other people out there who like to pair up Pieter Van Den Hoogenband and Ian Thorpe. I found an LJ community especially dedicated to slash fics of Olympic athletes' pairing. Although there are more fics on the Phelps/Thorpe pairing than the Hoogie/Thorpey pairing, I still love reading the fics! Oh and there are even Aaron PeirsolxMarkus Rogan fics! Ahahahaa, that's my second fave swimming couple! :D I knew it, I knew that fangirls couldn't help writing about guys with hot bods like them! ^_^ So yeah, I have a new "playground". (Did that sound kinky? If it did, I'm terribly sorry... NOT!!! XD)
I think I've written enough nonsense here. I am going to go back to my cell phone and read all the LOTR messages I've been exchanging with Kar-kun. It was fun, talking about LOTR. Heh, heh. So, see you tomorrow. (That is, if I survive work.)

Subject: Long Entry, This!
I have soooooo many things to talk about here. XD hahaha...
BOOK LAUNCH. Kino held yet another book launch event. But this is actually not really our program. We only provided the venue and help sell the books. The committee is an organization called UID: United in Diversity. They're selling a book which is an anthology, a collection of essays about Indonesia, called INDONESIAN DREAM. We had VIPs coming over such as ambassadors, ex-foreign affairs minister and also public figures (some of whom I actually didn't know before; yeah, I'm so clueless about local 'celebs'. ^^;;;) The committee was planning even to invite the President of my country and also the candidate of the upcoming presidential elections!
To tell you the truth, I'm very much opposed to this event because:
1. Kino didn't really get much from this promotion. Even our logo couldn't even be seen clearly in the A&P and decoration materials;
2. The committee bossed us around like we're their servants. They demand so much from us in such a short period of time. They also expected us to disregard our pricing policy just so they can save their money. They wanted us to make sure that their event became successful. How could have we done that if they wouldn't cooperate and can only tell us what to do without doing anything to help us?!;
3. The fact that a book launch was held in Kino, with invitees ranging from ex-ministers to ambassadors to presidential candidates, only a week after a bombing incident to a foreign embassy, with bomb threat rumors on a daily basis in this period, our safety became a major question. Today, there was an issue that Plaza Senayan was supposedly a target for another bombing plan. @_@ The news said: PLEASE AVOID GOING TO MALLS/PLAZAS BECAUSE THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF BOMB THREAT. What the hell could we do about it? For God's sake, we work in that particular plaza that was rumored to be a target! @_@ And of all days, why TODAY?! When we have an important event?!
It was truly scary to be @ work today. I'm so glad I'm home.
CAMERA WHORES. The whole of Kino JKT is... CAMERA WHORES!!! XD For today's event especially I brought my digicam to work again. The MDS asst. mgr. also brought his. My boss brought his too. Since these two have taken lots of pictures of the event to be sent to SIMS, I decided to save my space in the cam for my colleagues' pics. And guess what... I TOOK PICS OF E.K.-KUN AGAIN!!! THIS TIME, I EVEN POSED WITH HIM!!! I took about five shots of him... and one of them is with me! ^_^ People say we looked cute together. Hahaha. :D He's so funny. I've told my friend Ramon to collect everybody's e-mail addresses so I can send the pics to them. And I'm going to sleep hugging my camera today... because E.K.-kun's pics are there inside!!!
We took pictures everywhere. I took pictures of staff from every section although not complete because by the time I managed to reach some of the sections, those who work on morning shift had already gone home. Hiks. But I pretty much got every section, and almost every staff who came in today. Plus, the office peeps. And even my boss. :D Haha. We also did some in Starbucks, where we were getting FREE DRINKS from there. Ahhh, it's so good to be in the same corporate group as something as delicious as Starbucks. ^-^ Fufufu.
PRE-BIRTHDAY TALK. I can't believe that in three days I'm going to be 22. XD Hahaha. Actually now that I work, and most of my colleagues in the office (not on the store sales dept; the retail executives are all my age XD) whom I meet regularly are much odler than me, I realize that 22 isn't really a 'very mature' age at all. They call me "the baby of the office" because I'm the youngest. LOL. It's true. Haha. So it's not really appropriate for me to say, "Damn, I'm old." But you know, I kinda feel old when I think that... gee, I was born TWENTY TWO years ago.
My B'day Pressie Wishlist:
1. Any French Kitty thingie
2. A digicam
3. A complete set of Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles original manga
4. A trip to Sweden or anywhere in Europe
5. A few CDs
I suspect I'll only be getting no. 1 from my parents. LOL. So I have to work on the other four from other people? LOLness! ^^;;
The great thing about my birthday this year is that my senpai and one of the managers in the office were also born in September. My b'day is on the 18th, my senpai's on the 20th, and my manager's on the 22nd. We've decided to celebrate together and chip in to treat everyone else at work. We've even made orders and paid in advanced for the cakes that we're planning to treat everyone else with. Whoohoo! ^-^ So the cakes will be distributed on the 22nd, next Wednesday. Yeahhh. :D
There's another one who celebrates his birthday in September. In fact, only a day after my senpai's. He was born September 21st. It's Imam, on customer service. I can totally believe that he's a Virgo. We seem to have many things in common, although we're not exactly best friends. LOL. ^^
On that day, I'm planning to meet up with her @ Kino PI. She's going to give me the anime series I've ordered! ^____^ OH YAY!!! I can spend my days off (and also the days to come) watching lots and lots of cool anime series. *dance* Not mentioning, there's going to be Shokura on Saturday. ^o^
So yeah, looks like b'day this year is going to be so much fun even without the b'day pressies. Hahaha...
PORNO GRAFFITI. I guess I'm the last person to know about this. TAMA, the bassist, has left the group. *cry* He's my favorite member of the band and now he's left! Actually I read about this in the Porno Graffiti fanlisting around two weeks ago, but I didn't believe it (didn't want to believe it). But then I saw a music magazine and... OMG, there were only Akihito and Haruichi. So it's true! I'm going to miss Tama! I so love seeing him playing the bass. He's the coolest bassist in Japan, ever! Well, good luck, Tama~ Hope you can return to the music scene soon! ^^
J-POP. My download source these days are Ojochan's Yahoo! Groups: Ojochan1 and Ojochan2. (Please join if you want to hear samples of great music!) Ojochan - Cori - also gives info in her mailing list about the artists whose songs are up for downloads in her groups. Ever since I stopped using WinMX and Kazaa, this group has become my only source in listening to the latest J-pop releases. It's great because usually there are more than one song from the same artist in her group. It serves well as materials for consideration if you can't really decide whether you should buy this artist's CD or not, or if you want to listen to something new but don't know whom you should listen to.
Yesterday I downloaded songs from UTADA's American album (the songs take a while to get used to but after a few plays they're starting to get on me; the music has more edge - really cool). Today I got some LEAD songs and also... ARASHI!!! From the IZA NOW album. ^^ I've also made random downloads, as you might have read from my previous entries. I think I'm going to buy Utada's album. Let's see if the samples work for me to make me want to buy Arashi's latest album. LOL.
DAIGO STARDUST. I romanized all of the songs from his [DAISY/SUMMER ROSE] single in my Cosmic Coincidence LJ. It was fun romanizing the songs. I managed to understand something from the album; about the theme, especially. For those of you who came here for the Daigo, go over there and see what I'm talking about.
[MILK WHITE] *love* JUNNOSUKE TAGUCHI. I've enlisted my dear friend's (you know who you are, girl!) help to translate some articles from various magazines to be put on the website. I can't do it on my own anymore. Kyaaaa. It's so hard to maintain a website now. I'm always working. Even at work, if I can use the computer and Internet for personal purposes, I can't access the Cpanel. >.< So I still have to do it at home. *sigh* So yeah. Elan, onegaishimasu! Arigatou!
Btw, some scans are up in there. If you're looking for Junno pics, go over there. Just don't hotlink. LOLness~
OK, I guess that's about all that I want to say for today. I'm so tired. I want to take a leave, but I still have TONS of things to do tomorrow and Friday. I'm trying to get them done before Saturday so I don't have to work overtime on my birthday or on Election Monday. Recruitments, correspondence, filing... AND I ALSO HAVE TO START REORGANIZING MY BOSS' ROOM! (Which is also my room.) Thanks to the book launch event today, OMG... the room is SO WRECKED!!! Our files are scattered all over the place and I've lost my desk!!! ... *sigh* Long story. Oh well. Let's see if I survive this week. ^^;;;; Hah.
Right, now I'll get ready to watch some Cardcaptor Sakura! ^_^ Phew, that was long, wasn't it? Thanks for reading.

Subject: Holiday Is Over
I have this sinking feeling that I am not going to be able to sleep in peace tonight because I keep thinking about tomorrow. Tomorrow = going back to work after three days of holiday. ... I DON'T WANT TO! T____T
I tried to make the most out of my holiday today. Let's see, I woke up late, went to the salon, returned home to sleep again until lunchtime, and after lunch I sort of slept again... I was awakened by my sister who wanted to watch DVDs in my room. So we watched MEAN GIRLS, which is a good film.
I think it's my favorite Lindsay Lohan film. *think* Oh no. THE PARENT TRAP is my favorite Lindsay Lohan film. LOL. I love the ending of the film. That the math whiz becomes Janis Ian's boyfriend. And that part where the gay friend (forgot his name) and Janis (her name is the only one I remember!!! Because she looks so cool XD) kissed during the Spring Fing ... was hilarious! The fact that the blonde original mean girl - Georgina, was it? - became a serious athlete was funny.
But Lindsay Lohan needs to find another role. :\ She needs to stop playing that kind of character: a girl who enters into a new school, tries to fit in, finds a friend (some friends), challenges the school rulers (usually three rich, slutty, airhead bitches), has a crush on *the* guy, gets into trouble for being so extreme in getting what she wants, learns her mistakes, and finally becomes the heroine again. It's getting old, dearie. Do something new, will you?
Is the high school life in USA really like that in MEAN GIRLS and all other teen flicks I keep seeing so far? Because if it is, then I really *DON'T WANT* to go to high school there (Hahaha, not that it matters, because I'm already done with that crappy piece of institution! *evil laugh). I do realize that things in films are usually highly fabricated and exaggerated to the extremes, so that's why I'm asking if the high school life in the US is really like that. @_@ I don't mean to stereotype, I'm just curious. Heh. Then again, come to think of it, probably in certain schools in Jakarta, you can find situations like that in the film. In my school, you definitely can. We had many bitches back then. That's why I would gladly turn down an invitation to high school reunions. *smirk* Die, you MEAN GIRLS!!! DIE!!!
Oh anyway, speaking of Lindsay Lohan, let me ask you (well, those of you who are interested anyway)... who's your favorite young actress that had a part in a Disney film/show?
(Britney Spears not included because she's a singer, mainly.)
My favorite is Raven. ^-^ (Obviously, I've joined her fanlisting already. XD) She is SO FUNNY. I love her style. She's so cute. I hope she gets bigger role soon. I'm all for Raven!!!
My second favorite would have to be... hmmm... Anne Hathaway. Well, it used to be Lindsay but now it's Anne. Ever since I read about her in TEEN VOGUE, I've become sort of a fan. And then I watched her in ELLA ENCHANTED and like her even more. She's beautiful, in a classic kind of way, with some Audrey Hepburn qualities about her. Her acting is also not bad. It only needs a bit of brushing up.
Having said all that, my favorite teen actress at the moment is still Emma Watson. ^-^
Oh geez, I don't know where that topic came up. I thought I was talking about my lazy day today. XD
But basically that was it. It practically stopped at MEAN GIRLS. I can't remember what else I did today.
Oh yeah! I unsuccessfully attempted to clean up the computer room. My parents are sick seeing my magazines and all other stuff scattered all over it. But as soon as I tried to clean up the mess, I felt sleepy and returned to my room to take a nap again. Hahaha. Maybe later. When I'm stressing over going back to work, I can't do anything properly except waste my time on the Internet. Sorry Mum, sorry Dad.
And another thing I did was... scan pics from magazines for junnosuke-taguchi.com. ^^ I've been updating these past two days. SUCH A RARE DILIGENCE FROM MY PART!!! And it will continue tomorrow with scans from MORE magazines. It looks like this website is turning into a Junnosuke Taguchi Gallery Shrine. LOL. Oh well.
BTW, MYOJO RANT: seriously, that magazine can't show a good pic of my favorite idols to save itself. After boycotting the mag for three months (or more?) and then picking it up again, I am amazed that they STILL continue to provide ugly pictures. @_@ The only saving grace (if you can even call it that) that they have in my eyes is the fact that it has JUNNO WITH SHORT HAIR. If Junno's hair grows long again, I will STOP buying it again. *sigh* I'm sticking to WU, Potato, Duet and Popolo... anything but Myojo, ne~ Damn you, Junno, why do you have to look so fakking gorgeous with that short hair?! It makes me buy useless magazines!!!
Now I feel like talking Angel Sanctuary and Tsubasa in the same breath but my eyes are drooping (again! XD) and I do need to get up early tomorrow... so I guess I'll call it a night and go to bed now. See you tomorrow (that is, if I survive another day at that place).

Subject: The Past Few Days
... now that I want to blog, I don't know to say. ^^;;;
I wanted to say so many things yesterday but because of the TxT entry I decided to wait until today. Now the ideas and words seem to have slipped away from my mind and I'm stumped. Hahaha. OK, give me a minute to gather my thoughts.
*pause to think*
OK, here I go.
Debenhams Training On Thursday, I was so preoccupied because of the bombing incident that I forgot to write in detail about training. Usually, I don't give a shit but the training was quite fun. The UK principals came to train us and it was like being in an English course class once again. The speaker's name was Jacqui, who's from London. There were four others. Two were English, and the other two were Scottish and they spoke with a very thick Scottish accent. We had so much fun being told about Debenhams' history, stores, franchises, products, etc. that time flew by so quickly and I wished I could join the training again on the next day! The thing that made it so fun was because Jacqui and her four colleagues were so funny and joked a lot. They were not at all like our principals in Singapore, who are so uptight, demanding, bitchy and annoying! >.< (Haha, sorry, Princess... *NOT* XD) The team from Debenhams divided us into groups and then later on they regrouped us again and gave us team activities; we had to draw some things related to Indonesian culture, and then we had to present our drawing to the whole attendants. Then on the next game, in groups, we had to built a model tower using only a bundle of newspapers, a pair of scissors and one roll of sellotape.
The only thing that annoyed me from that training was that there was this guy who was soooooo noisy. He couldn't shut up and kept making comments on every single thing that the trainers were saying. Jacqui was quite pissed, I could tell, and in the end she said, "Does someone have a large sellotape? Let's sellotape his lips!" LOL, way to go, girl!"
I am really glad I went to that training. Not only now I received some franchise and retail knowledge, I also had fun with my colleagues. Mas Satrio, Mbak Yayuk, Emil, Ema, Aryati and Eiji-san... I didn't know them too well before the training but now I feel like I understand them better and am optimistic that I can work better with them in the future!
Magazines I was literally hogging the warehouse on Friday to wait for my copies of October WU, Potato and Duet. It's really kind of ironic because I haven't even read the September ones. XD I just wanted to see Junno and Tsubasa. When the warehouse staff finally called me to say that they'd finished barcoding the magazines, I quickly went it and grabbed a copy of each magazine! Then I went to JB counter, asked them to keep it for me and later on after I finished work, I dashed back there and brought them to the cashier and paid! YAY! ^-^ And for the record: JUNNO+TSUBA... SUGOI KAKKOII!!!!! I AM IN LOVE ALL OVER AGAIN!!!
Swimming This morning I went swimming. Yesterday (Saturday) I went to buy a new of pair swimming goggles and a swimming cap. And I was all set to go. Unfortunately when we got there the pool was already so full so it was kind of inconvenient. Every time I was trying to swim the width, there was someone crossing from the length. And also the other way around. I only did two and a half laps because it was so crowded. I told my mom that we should have come earlier and she agreed. So next weekend, we're going to wake up even earlier so we can swim in an emptier pool. LOL. Swimming is much, much fun! I love it! I used to swim three times a week when I was in elementary school. What made me stop was because my instructor wanted to train me so I could join competitions. @_@ Heh. LOL. I don't like it when my hobby turns into something serious, especially something as serious as competitions. ^^;;; I haven't swum in about ... a decade? XD But I'm eager to pick it up again. That's why I'm making swimming a routine. ^^ (Oh, all right, I'll admit it, I'm also influenced by the Olympics. ^^;;;)
ITALIA Apparel And when I was buying my swimming gears yesterday, I also couldn't resist the following items:
ITALIA APPAREL! Bag, tank top, strap, keychain! ^-^
I fell in love with the bag the moment I saw it.
And I sort of realized my longtime dream to have an ITALIA bag. LOLness. I used to want to buy one when they were still wearing NIKE, but it was too big and back then I had limited funds, so I was only able to buy it now. No matter... I own one now! ^____^
OK, I'm being shooed away from the computer by my sis. So I gotta run to complete my uploading of Junno pics for MILK WHITE (FINALLY!). Will talk more tomorrow, definitely, because tomorrow's public holiday and that means = NO WORK, ALL PLAY!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, TxT!
2nd year CD debut anniversary... OMEDETOU!
Wow, two years. ^-^ How nice. I'm so happy for them.
And I'm happy because I've managed to stay as their fan for TWO years.
I don't think I need to say anymore why I am their fan, or how I become their fan, and why I think they're so special and all that. Just read the entries here and after a year my feelings haven't changed! ^^
I love you two, Takitsuba...
Oh and this probably means nothing, but you know... throughout this whole week, whenever I'm doing my work, I always come across the numbers 69. XD Hahaha..... Jenn once said that that number is significant to TxT and I guess that's why I always take notice when the numbers are around. And like I said, in this past week, I've always found it in my work. Be it in some invoice numbers, in applicants' phone numbers, or whatever... I SEE A LOT OF 69s around me!!! XD I should've expected that... seeing that this their anniversary happens today!
Yesterday, in the middle of my hectic activities at work, I got an SMS from Tsubasaikou. She said that the Indonesian BC members should plan a gathering to celebrate this anniversary. But today I SMS-ed her again and asked if the gathering's still on but apparently not. =_____= Zannen desu ne~
OK, I'll stop here. I want to talk about other things but this is a TxT special entry so I won't 'contaminate' it with anything else. (LOL, I'm such a perfectionist.) Bwahahaha... :D So see ya around and once again, OMEDETOU, TAKITSUBA!!!
